How would you solve this percentage problem?

For a project, I recorded the weight of apple slices. If the initial weight was 49.6g, and the final weight was 35.9g, how do I get the % weight of the moisture lost in the apples? Please work out your answer because I have 7 other problems like this one. The answer has to be in %. Thanks

% loss = weight lost / initial weight

    =(49.6 - 35.9)/49.6

    = 13.7 / 49.6

    = 27.62%
