last year NO traded up for ingram and gave this years 1st pick to NE

New Orleans traded this selection and their 2011 second-round selection (No. 56, New England selected Shane Vereen) to New England for New England's first-round selection in the 2011 Draft (No. 28, New Orleans selected Mark Ingram)

The pats picked up in last years draft. U can't punish the pats for the saint's sins. And the saints were popped for 2 second rounders not their first.
