Can I download instagram on my laptop?

Everytime I try to download it, it tells me that I haven't accessed the google play store app?? What do I do?

You need to have access to an app store which laptops , at least most of them do not have. Instagram is based off of the iphone not compute so it is not accesable through comps. Kind of wierd but thats how it works being an app not a sight.
