Look at a physical map of the United States. Which state contains more low land Texas or Colorado?

    Colorado is NOT low land. the western half of the state is mountainous, and the eastern half is prairie...but NOT low. The elevation in most eastern Colorado averages 4,000 to 5,000 ft. above sea level.
