Diversity in a society means people have many different points of view. If you throw people in jail because they have a different point of view, you are then intolerant and not promoting diversity. Therefore, according to your question you welcome throwing people in jail for not believing as you do. Your definition of diversity is an authoritarian style of government, which controls peoples belief systems under threat of punishment. True diversity would no longer exist.

Everytime I hired a black person to work in the shop, I would find them stealing on camera. Now I don't work there anymore, but I stopped hiring them.
