    pretty much after the Holocaust. that was when people really started to see how bad genocide really was. i do believe the UN started it because of the Holocaust. the eyes of the world were HALF way open to the evils of the world. the government and people in general wanted to believe it didn't happen that is why the Holocaust lasted as long as it did. no one wanted to believe someone would actually do this to people. that is kinda how it is today people don't really get invovled in genocide because the want to believe its not true. its kinda hard to belive some one can kill innocent people even children for no reason. STAND AGAINST GENOCIDE
