Why are female boss's harder to work for than male bosse's?

Perhaps females expect anyone old enough to have a job to know the difference between a posessive and a plural.

I don't think they are; I guess some people think women have to try harder to provem themselves.

it has nothing to do with the fact that they r female. many male bosses are harder to work for than women bosses. It just depends on the person and how they want to run their buisness
