How do I get a free animator?

like 99% of the population of teens I love cartoons. After spending my Easter holiday watching ABC 3's totally stoked easter long weekend I have been inspired to create a cartoon club at school when term two resumes though there is one problem, what animators are the best that deliver high definition resolution and are 100% free? I have included a link for stoked as this is the style of animation I want to use.

If you want to do professional animation like that, you first would need a drawing tablet to draw what you want on the computer. Then you would need a program on the computer to draw on, and another program to put it into video and use video editing. You should study more about animation before you go around saying you want to do it. It's very expensive and takes a looong time to animate something. The only free way you can animate is with a computer mouse, on Paint, and with Windows Movie Maker. Though it would probably end up not looking how you want it to.
