To control your acid reflux, avoiding trigger foods, such as coffee, spicy foods and fatty foods, can make a big difference in your symptoms. Individual tolerance differs from one person to another, and so your diet needs to be personalized and adapted according to what your trigger foods are. You should eat peanut butter only if you know you can tolerate it without worsening your acid reflux.

To correct your acid stomach, you need to take Acidophillus, Vitamin E, and Licorice (the real thing, not the candy...).

The bread is OK, but you might want to ease up on the peanut butter until you get your acidity under control.

Drinking 4 oz. of Apple Cider Vinegar will also normalize your stomach, temporarily.

Yum! Pity you couldn't but I'd advise you not to as it is very heavy on the stomach.
