ACDA ticket in Ohio age 16?

I received a ticket for ACDA (assured clear distance ahead) in Warren County Ohio. I am 16 years old, had my license for 4 months when I had the accident. My 17th birthday is in 2 weeks and my court date is in 1. I have heard that for ACDA they only restrict driving (to being able to drive only with parents) for 6 months OR until your 17th birthday. Is this true?

Ohio = Age of consent is sixteen years old * there is extra to it than purely the huge type although regardless of the undeniable fact that, in the journey that your mothers and fathers inform you to stay removed from the 19 twelve months old and he keeps to be sure you and you him you will possibly be charged as being an unruly juvenile and he may well be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
