Why are white people uneducated about diversity?

They think all asians are chinese (there more like japanise, korean, and much more), they think all spanish/hispanics are mexican (latinos, hispanics, and a lot more). I'm going to admit not all white people think this only about 3/4's think this and they're races and not to be mean but white people are...

to tell you the truth, there really is only one race of mankind.
a race called, Humans (or Homo sapiens) are the only living species in the Homo genus.

however
there are different ethnic groups(Ethnicity).

i think people should stop using the word "racism" or say that we are different races

we are all one human race.

but I have to say not only are white people uneducated about other races but black people as well are uneducated specially the americans. Its because they only hear rather than pick up a book and study the realism of history about other races around the world and dont have any knowledge or respect for other cultures.
