Here is how to create a mobile resume as followed:

    1) Choose an application or website vendor that allows you to create a resume. The mobile application should allow you to access your resume from your mobile device. The website vendor should allow you to create and share your resume with potential job employers.

    2) Create an account at the vendor's website. The most popular website for keeping your professional accomplishments is LinkedIn (linkedin.com). This vendor allows you to upload or create your resume online. You can then use its resume builder application. It pulls information from your profile, plugs it into a template and allows you to print your resume.

    3) Enter your relevant information into a mobile application of your choice from your mobile device. A popular application is Resume Bear (resumebear.com) for both iPhone and Android mobile devices. This free app allows you to send your resume to potential employers from your phone and see who has been reading your resume.

    4) Keep your resume updated with current information. Remember that potential employers are looking at and asking for your resume, whether it is on a website or in your mobile application.

Only a psychic knows what they "will" do. Do you think there is a federal law that they MUST e-mail you in that situation? I would NEVER e-mail anyone a job offer if I cannot reach them. I would just call the next person in line.
