Besides B-Blockers, what drugs out there act on adrenaline to prevent hand tremors?

depends on what type of tremor but my guess is you are talking about essential tremors. The mechanism of the other drugs are not specifically known. Alcohol is often used to decrease essential tremor, SSRIs and some gaba drugs can be used as well ( gabapentin -gabarone). The first line is propnanolol

It depends on too many factors. More than likely the cause of the tremors is alcohol or drug usage, so discontinuing the use of them will stop the tremors. There is also parkinsonism but more than likely you are dealing with someone with barbiturate side effects, so no further drugs are advisable.
