2003 ford taurus throttle position sensor (tps)?

Best way to remove and replace (tps) throttle position sensor on 2003 Taurus 3.0 v6 tried removing top right motor mount for extra work clearance but to no avail any help or suggestions."

    It should not be that difficult to replace a tps on that engine, but if all else fails, take off the throttle body. That beats screwing up the heads of the attaching bolts. Just remove the air duct, and I think 4 bolts hold the throttle body to the intake. The gasket should be a reusable o-ring style.
