Not to add, but its typically not the hemipenes, is rectum ended intestine normally. Its called rectal prolapse. Look up some temporary care until you can get him to a vet. Normally the best thing to do is to put him on moist paper towels, no substrate, and try to cover the container up so he won't move. And yes, either get him to a or to someone who has experience with this, it is not uncommon with some species, most notably green tree pythons.

This is generally a case of them passing the hemipenis or other reproductive organs. He needs to see a vet ASAP, since this puts him at great risk for infection.

Take him to an exotic vet... there will be nothing u could do personally to save his life.

If your dog's insides were hanging out, what would you do for him? That's right...it's easy, isn't it?

VETERINARIAN IMMEDIATELY. (Why did someone have to tell you this?)
