Is this an okay workout? Suggestions?
At the moment I do 10 pushups, 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 leg stretches and 10 sit ups. I do it once in the evening and once in the morning, every day of the week. I don't do a huge amount of sport; 1 hour of Swimming and 1 hour of Tae Kwon Do a week, but plenty of walking and running while getting to places. Just wondering what I could do to improve it really, all I'm looking to do is keep in shape, maybe get a little bit more fit.

Sounds like you're doing fine, but if you want to burn fat and improve overall muscle tone, I suggest 45 minutes a day of cardio.
