How to calculate the resistance in this problem?

The resistivity of human's dry skin is about 5x10^4. A person who is well earthed(0V) accidentally grabs a wire of diameter 1.0 cm at a potential of 240V. His hand makes contact with the whole circumference of the wire over a distance of 10 cm, making the total area of contact the hand makes with the wire equal to 3.14x10^-3m^2. What is the total resistance of the hand due to the area of the skin that is in contact with the wire?
