how can i get abs in 2 months?

pleasee help im a girl and i weight 115 i want to get a nice tight stomach if possible abs by the summer i appropriate anything thank you !

    Well you already got the hardest part on lock down - most people don't have abs because they have too much body fat to see them. So all you have to worry about it exercising. If you are new to exercising you stomach, I would suggest doing these exercises -

    situps - 3 sets, 30 reps

    reverse crunches - 3 sets 30 reps

    Plank - 3 sets, 30 seconds

    cardio - 20 to 30 minutes

    lizard stretch - 2 sets, 15 seconds (for recovery/growth)

    google/youtube any you don't know

    Start with these every other day and take the weekends off. In a month or so, you'll really start to see some abs!

    You could try leg lifts, which is lying down and lifting your legs up. I like to do this when I wake up and go to sleep, because it's easy and not too painful. You can put your hand on your tummy and actually feel your muscles tightening! And sit ups, maybe 30 every day and every night?
