Chris Pchicken.. someone i know :) . Indoor for flowering period takes about 7 to 9 weeks for indica strains. For Sativa anywhere from 8 to 14 weeks. For Ruderalis (Auto-flower) about 5 weeks and I doubt you have heard of it. Once it starts producing bud you wait for the leaves to turn yellow at the bottom. This should take roughly as long as flowering period. So Indica = about 17 weeks. Sativa = 21 weeks. Ruderalis = 10 weeks ( low yeild btw ). If your growing outdoor add about 1/3 to all those times.

Indica has higher yields then Sativa. But Sativa is a more enjoyable easier to produce high.
