Are fiber one bars god or bad?
I'm trying to loose my stomach fat.
I drink lots of water and work out at least 5 times a week. And I was wondering will fiber one bars help me loose weight?
Or would I just be waisting money?

Fiber bars are great honestly if you aren't pooping enough. That's what they do. They're actually for people who don't get enough activity in their day/fiber. If you are trying to loose more weight, asess your caloric intake and then make sure your exercise routine is burning off more calories than you intake. exercises like jump rope and sprinting intervals are great to get those extra few pounds offSource(s): studied exercise physiology at cape cod university
