I have been using a secure iPad VPN called Hidepad ( http://hidepad.annics.com/ ) in Russia that works on both WiFi and 3G. In fact, it is compatible with all models of the Apple iPad.

I have it on my Apple tablet since 2011 and, being a business traveller, I have used it successfully in several places around the country. Places like Moscow, St Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Samara, Omsk, Kazan, Rostov-na-Donu, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Volgograd, Perm, Krasnoyarsk and Saratov.

VPN on your iPad is a proven way to bypass Internet restrictions and protect your IP address. As you know, a VPN encrypts your Internet connection from end to end with 256-bit military-standard security which makes it highly secure. This ensures that you have true anonymous browsing and don't have to worry about current or future security issues on the iPad.

A VPN also helps you unblock websites in Russia and provide email + data privacy.

You can hide your IP address quite easily now if you install a VPN on your computer or smart device. Once you have this on your system you will be able to hide your IP address and not only that you will also be able to change it to whichever country you wish so that you can watch BBC, HULU & UK & US regional TV content from other countries that is otherwise blocked. Only takes a few minutes to get them up and running.
