How many subunits does an ionotropic ACh receptor have and which transmembrane domain of each subunit lines the ion channel pore?

    According to the book: Ionotropic receptors have 5 subunits which surround a central ion channel. Each subunit has a similar structure, with 4 membrane-spanning segments. (M1-M4). The M2 segment lines the pore.
