Build all sites in an image editor first. Such as Photoshop.

    Reason

If you build it in image creators first and then code it production is twice as fast as if you would just jump straight into the code.

Download dozens of browsers if you haven't already and test as you go along. If you make a few changes make sure they work before progressing.

    Fire Fox

    IE6 IE7 IE8 IE9

    Opera

    Chrome

    Safari

    Bear minimum

    Keep practicing

HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, jQuery, PHP etc.

Just because you learn CSS and move on to JS don't stop practicing CSS.

Download the following if you haven't already.

    WAMP

    Notepad++

    Aptana

and any other editors you know of and get to grips with them. WAMP is a server for you to use PHP on its free to use.

Need any further help just ask. Good luck.

2 months is only a small amount of time, keep strengthening your knowledge of html and css. Once you have a greater knowledge you can move into extra areas away from basic pages into the areas of php/databases and javascript, flash and embedded applications to make complex and more real world website designs that people and businesses really want.

It takes years to build up the knowledge, full university degrees cover web design, web technologies etc. Maybe aim to get to that stage, it's good you are starting something you are interested in, why not work on it to become a full professional? Good Luck :)

To build up a strong online presence first of all you need to create a striking website. There are huge number of styles you can adapt to design your website. But you have to remember your website must spread the message of your company. Most importantly it has to suffice your needs to aware more customers about products and services of your company. On the more a good website can generate return for you.
