Should the Republicans be blasting the airwaves and the internet with this for the remainder of the campaign?

"President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility."

http://news.yahoo.com/president-obama-asks-medvede...

This is a gigantic mistake by Obama. It basically gives the Republicans the ammunition they need to let the people know that Obama will not govern from the middle in his next term (if re-elected), but will veer sharply to the left and become the President that we have been warned of.

it should get some play-then go away.

we all pretty much understand Mr. Obama's arrogance already.

the lefties will never accept that these words actually were said, and those folks just cannot be helped. thinking people are pretty much on-board already.

Goodness, the president recognizing that due to term limits, being re-elected lets you engage with less concern than in the first term?

My word, that's nothing nobody has ever even conceived of before.

Look, if the Republicans start blasting the airwaves with that, they'll just prove themselves idiots once Bush and Reagan and Nixon and Eisenhower's only reflections of that come out. Or their own demagoguery on their term limits pledges.

Yes, my prior congressman once insisted that a term-limited office was the way to go, and promised not to run for re-election more than 4 terms, but you know what? He broke that pledge.

So yeah, go ahead and suggest that Republicans engage in a suicide strategy.

yes that has been buzzing all around. The liberals are spinning and defending it,the rest of us pretty much agree with your post..obama is either very confident he will be reelected or he knows some thing that we don't. This is the fourth time in the past fews months that he has remarked about his so called reelection win.

You know what you remind me of? One of those guys running around in the 18th century yelling "Burn her! She's a witch!"
