Acetylcholine, Acetylcholine + atropine, Acetylcholine + mepyramine?

I have done an experiment- Acetylcholine, Acetylcholine + atropine, Acetylcholine + mepyramine on guinea pig ileum.

In the dose response curve, the Ach + atropine shows a tiny shift to the right, and still has a 100% response. Ach + mepyramine shows a shift to the LEFT and stil has a 100 % response. Wy it shifted to the left?

Certainly one would expect a right shift from the ACh-mepyramine combination, so the first question is whether the ACh solutions were made up accurately.
