Aweee that's cute. Jeans and TOMS, maybe. In a more formal situation, a bodycon skirt perhaps. Since it's cropped, a pair of white denim shorts would look good too :)

It's very cute, it's just the colors and the pattern that threw me off. If you manage to find a similar tank top with a more appealing patter and color scheme, then you're good to go. Also, this shirt seems like it would go nice with a pair of cute denim short shorts.

It's not really my style but I think if you accessorize properly and match it with a really cute pair of shorts it would look good.
