14. 2. 92 are the numerals stated, I would guess it relates to February 14th, 92. Which also happens to be Valentine's Day. Where did you pick up this set of numbers from? Not important, I'm just curious :3

Hope I helped!

I = 1

V = 5

X = 10

C = 100

Placing I in front of the V, or placing any smaller number in front of any larger number, indicates subtraction. So IV means 4, same goes for IIX which means 8.

XIV = 14

II = 2

XCII = 92

What do you find difficult in using an on-line encyclopedia?

X = 10

I - 1

V = 5

X (IV - one before five = 4)

XIV = 14

II - (self explanatory - for most people)

XC(ten before hundred)

II(as explained)

ten before hundred plus 2 = 92

One of the better on-line encyclopedias is Wikipedia.

DUH!
