Ways to update tourism industry knowledge.?
i was just wondering if anyone knew of any ideas to update customers/employees of any new changes, or update to the tourism industry for a workplace.

Industry magazines and publications are always useful, just make sure they are aimed at giving information to people in the industry or talk about the industry in general rather than marketing information about competitors. They can be placed in a communal area for staff or reception for customers. Just be very careful about what you put out for customers though, as like I said you don't want to market your competitors to them, and there is the option to put out sales brochures or produce a company newsletter for customers. Email news letters are another idea, or if your company has an intranet for employees or a website for customers you could use that, and you can also get online subscriptions to many different publications.
