    depends on the felony and how old. My primary business I could never hire a felon by law but i know plenty that I would if I needed someone and it was legal. most blue collar jobs are available.

    It is very hard for ex-offender to find employment regardless of the charge or location. The best place to start is in warehouses, this way they get their foot in the door. Also, due to the natural of the charge there should be programs that will help your friend find suitable employment. Good Luck
