slammed chainstay length?? 13.75 to 13.6 with ratio 28/9?

Ok i need real detail for this..... im getting the eastern codec frame that has a rear end length 13.6

can i slam the rear end if i have a 28/9 gear ratio with a full link chain?

    28/9 can be ran at 13.375, 13.625, and 13.875.

    The closest you'll get to 13.6 is obviously 13.625. To get the wheel at 13.625 when running 28/9 gearing, you will need either a full half-link chain, or a regular chain with one half link.

    If you want to keep your current chain, you can get a half link.

    If you want to get a new chain (I would recommend this), I recommend a Odyssey Bluebird. It is incredibly strong, and includes a master link and a factory-installed half link.

    probably not with the full link chain, easy fix is go buy a half link fix kit or just get one link of a half link and put it on your full link and u should be able to slam it
