The leaders of China’s revolution in the early 20th century sought help from the Soviet Union because the basic assumptions of Marxism matched important values of traditional Chinese culture

.................I could be terribly wrong, but I believe so.( Ref ;- ancient chinese thought)

In China, the Leninist state corresponds with traditional political culture by offering a newer version of a constitutional state

....only alternative was was spiritually....but that's alien to marxism.

The Chinese stressed economic reform while the Soviets stressed political change best summarizes the difference between the reform process in China and the Soviet Union.

In recent years, nothing of these have been handed over to de facto private ownership:

.......sorry for that - opinion against international perception !

Global influences on the creation of China’s foreign policy include all the following EXCEPT large numbers of citizens who have studied abroad

Most observers would suggest that China’s economic reforms have been successful in large part because they removed restrictions on the use of private property.

....."Most observers would suggest" is the key... most owe existence to capitalists

The truth is China reformed banking ie started creating 10fold fake money which all do.

The entry of China into the World Trade Organization is desirable to Chinese leaders so that economic growth will continue at high rates.

Best of luck.... we will all meet the end with USA, not before not after .
