    No.

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the active chemical in the Marijuana plant, is a dangerous and highly addictive drug. If anything, due to its medicinal benefits, THC could be made available to patients with a valid doctor's prescription. THC should not be readily available to consumers as tobacco and alcohol are.

To those who use tobacco and alcohol as an argument to legalize THC, tobacco and alcohol are responsible for millions of deaths worldwide each year. That is a fact. However, American society at least, has determined that the legality of tobacco and alcohol are burdens and risks that it was willing to accept. We do not need to add to the burden, risks, and societal costs by legalizing THC.

Nope, America would be more stupid than it already is.

Although everyone who wants to smoke probably does...

And even stoners could agree on this point of view, because if it does become legalized, it will be heavily taxed. There would also be long lines in shops just to buy some decent weed.

Yes, its less damaging to the human body than cigarettes and tobacco, yet they are still legalised
