Is Wikipedia prejudice against Canadians?

I read a page about hate crime laws in different countries and strictly what the laws prohibit and so fourth. The guy who must have edited the page or composed it, either or, stated only the laws in each country in fine intelligible print. once it gets to canada in the list of countries the explanation for the laws in canada are ambiguous and it goes on to state incidences that not only are irrelevant when compared to the explanations given for the other countries but examples that don't hold much weight. then, at the bottom of the paragraph it says and i quote "Robert suggests that “Canada lags behind other nations in collecting comprehensive statistics on hate crime." as if that is a pure indication of unauthorized biasedness. I have read other country comparisons where the articles were just as biased as well. often, if they are stating facts they will word them in such an ambiguous or unsubstantial way as to not state them properly or with proper merit. just kind of annoying that and "educated" website would partake in antics expected of thedirty.com or something. pretty pitiful.
Update: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_crime#Canada here is the article in case you want to read it. you don't have to bother reading all of the countries laws in the article. you will understand what i am talking about by just reading the US's and Canada's article. lol, not to mention a size comparison of... show more http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_crime#... here is the article in case you want to read it. you don't have to bother reading all of the countries laws in the article. you will understand what i am talking about by just reading the US's and Canada's article. lol, not to mention a size comparison of each countries article kind of proves my point just as well.
Update 2: also, i don't mean to act as if canadians are the only victim of this kind of crap. i am sure it goes on in different ways offending different people just as much but this is just what i have experienced while reading wikipedia. also, i don't want to completely slander the website as i use it for different... show more also, i don't mean to act as if canadians are the only victim of this kind of crap. i am sure it goes on in different ways offending different people just as much but this is just what i have experienced while reading wikipedia. also, i don't want to completely slander the website as i use it for different things, non-dependent on bias. i can kind of understand why they did this, i mean if they were to cite examples of american hate crimes the reader would be stuck their for a month reading all of them but what i don't understand is the inevidential attack on another country because of that.
