Tesla invented it first, but Marconi got the patent in first, so gets credit.
Marconi did not steal Tesla's work. They developed it independently of each other. Had Tesla been more proactive in getting his patent filed, instead of moving on to other inventions, he would have been credited.
So, one can say it was invented by two people separate from each other. One got it working first, but the other patented it first.

Martine Aliana Rothblatt Ph.D, MBA, J.D. Very exciting examine. Sirius became invented first. XM became basically available first. yet it is who you are able to credit with the discovery of all satellite tv for pc radio. And sure, she was a HE.
