Lose weight quickly without exercising?

I have incredibly strong will power & can eat any amount in a day -- currently I am on a starvation diet, however I wish to actually lose weight (I've lost probably as much as will come off before I start storing all food that enters my body). Essentially I was wondering if anyone had a diet plan which meant that I could lose weight rapidly, without massively upping my exercise (I exercise enough, my parents will start asking questions if I do more), & I can stick to almost anything! I just don't want to harm myself too much, but to visibly see the effects quickly.
