What is a good drugstore eyeliner for oily lids? ?

I have pretty oily lids and need a new eyeliner that will actually stay. Any suggestions?

I seriously suggest that you use gel/cream or liquid as opposed to pencil (which generally has the poorest lasting power). I have extremely deep set, oil-lidded eyes and these affordable liners have worked wonderfully for me:

    Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner

    TiGi Makeup Marker

    Milani Eye Tech Liquid Liner

    Milani Infinite Liquid Liner

Wet 'N' Wild Mega Eyes Creme Liner

    Essence Gel Liner

Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Gel Creamliner

Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

L'Oreal HiP Color Truth Cream Liner

Physicians Formula Eye Booster Eyeliner + Serum

I also suggest lightly dusting translucent powder over your lids before eyeliner to help soak up extra oils. Then, put eyelid primer on your lids. The best affordable one that I've come across is E.L.F. Mineral (available at Target). At just $3, it works just as good as Urban Decay's primer. After powdering and priming your lids, apply your liner.

I've used collection 2000 before, that works really well. It's a liquid eyeliner. Liquid eyeliners are your best bet if you have oily lids as pencil ones just wont stay on at all.

I know this may not be much help, but DON'T get the Maybelline Define a line. I don't have oily lids and it didn't stay. Thats the only eyeliner I have ever used so I can't help much. Sorry. :\

Mabelinne drama studio eyeliner. Its a twist able pencil, no need for a sharpener and goes on like liquid. It's wonderful, and it lasts all day. I've cried, sweated, etc, and it doesn't smudge :)
