Shaquille O Neal could be considered one of the best, but i personally dont think he is the best, but it all depends on what you think is good.

When he was in shape and motivated, he was as good as any center to ever play the game. Unfortunately, that rarely happened. He got angry in 1999 then the Spurs won the title and everyone was talking about Duncan as the best big in the game. Shaq was unstoppable in 2000, but once he got that ring his motivation started dropping. He wasn't quite as good in 2001, and each following year he got worse.

2nd best center in the history if you ask me. In terms of best player? Nah. Most dominating to play the game though.
