which foods act like a sponge (basically what are certain types of food that suck out saturated fats, etc)?

What are foods that suck out saturated fats, trans fats, LDL cholesterol. refined sugar, and other additives/preservative crap from your system? Thanks.

    I learned in anatomy class that having enough dietary fiber in your diet allows for a higher intake of fat because the fiber binds to the fat and pushes it through the digestive system instead of the fat being stored in the body. As for foods that "suck out" stuff from your system: I'm not completely sure but I would assume just eating whole foods like fruits and vegetables would be helpful as well as having complex carbs and lean proteins.
