Why can't the FBI, U.S. Marshals, ICE, ATF, and DEA be merged into one entity?

    They allready are in a way. One thing in common with all these they are all fedraly funded and ran. Think of it as a police station there's police who enforces the law and respondes to active crimes (FBI) detectives that solve crimes (FBI,ATF,DEA) narcoticts (DEA) vice (ATF) and so on. But if you were to merge them in one entity they would be doing the same thing now just with differnt titles but bottom line they are fedral police and those are the seprate catagories.     Imagine the efficiency you'd have now transporting five times the number of weapons to the Mexican drug cartels. ATF was just a single agency doing it. This super agency could probably airlift the assault weapons straight to the drug gangs.

    Because that would be the most efficient option. In case you hadn't noticed, the government is dead-set against anything efficient.

    Why bother asking that question when you should be asking why we even need these programs in the first place.....we are on our way to martial law people,......Wake up.

    Because then we might really find out just how much money we're wasting on the whole bloody lot of them....
