Why did the U.S "help" Libya and not Syria?
Even tho it wasnt Gaddafis people who killed him but individual tribes who didnt like Gaddafi and he did have an 85% approval rating AND the news makes it seem as if Libya was an oppressed poor country it is not really like that at all. So why did the U.S "help" Libya but not Syria. Oil anyone?

Because it's not up to the United States.
That decision can only be made by the United Nations.
Gaddafi went on Libyan TV and announced his intentions to commit genocide.
The United Nations voted to intervene and prevent that from happening.
The UN assembled a multinational coalition and dealt with Libya.
Libya was a UN test of Canada's Responsibility to Protect doctrine.
What that doctrine is - http://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.com/index.cfm?P...
How it related to Libya: - http://www.thestar.com/news/world/article/960264--...
A Canadian was put in command of all participating NATO country forces:
The US didn't just up and decide to act alone and do something about Libya.
The US didn't want to participate at all:
It didn't want to but the US had no choice.
It's a member of the UN, it signed the UN Charter Treaty whose Chapter 7 says the UN can call upon member nations to participate in UN military missions.
And the US Constitution states that treaties made by the US become US law so America would've been violating its own laws & constitution if it'd refused.
Canada's the largest single-nation provider of energy products to the US.
The US gets more oil from Canada than it gets from all Middle East nations combined.
Canada has more oil than the entire Middle East.
A person would have to be nuts, naive or just plain dumb to think the US goes to war for oil when the world's largest supply of the stuff is conveniently located right next door in Canada.
So in summation:
1. The UN chooses who to help (Libya) and who to ignore (Syria.)
2. The US was told to help Libya. It never willingly chose to.
3. The US doesn't fight wars over oil.
4. Gaddafi wasn't as great as you're pretending or he wouldn't have threatened massacres.
And Libyans wouldn't have risen against him in the first place.

Syria is an ally of Iran, Iran is allied with china, and to a lesser degree Russia, and if the U.S., or more likely NATO were to support the rebels, it could evolve into a nasty situation amd confrontation amongst the super powers.

America slipped over oil to help Libya , but is unable to slip for Syria

It had nothing to do with oil. We haven't received a drop of oil from Iraq. US is up to its eyeballs in wars. We can't afford to help Syria, though we may do so indirectly.
