If I switched by birth control pill from Lo loestrin Fe to loestrin Fe could I get pregnant?

    It is entirely possible if you missed a day of BC.

    However, let's say you took Lo Loestrin on Friday and took Loestrin on Saturday at the correct time, then you are still protected. The amount of progestogen is higher in Loestrin, so I suppose that you could say you are protected even more. That's ONLY if you took the pills like in my scenario. If you were late taking your pill at all, then it is possible to get pregnant.

    Yes, switching birth control can open a window for ovulation. Happened to a good friend. Use a backup method for atleast a couple weeks to a month.
