Royal names for Kate's baby?

My friends and I are trying to organise a contest to name Duchess Kate's baby. We are going to submit the winning name to teh Duchess for consideration. We've narrowed it down to the following.

For a BOY:

Algonquin

Percival

Maximilian

Peregrine

Eustace

Rutherford

And for a GIRL:

Eugenia

Lavinia

Henrietta

Gueneviere

Gwendolynne

Polling starts NOW! :D

Update:

You have to choose from these names, please.

Update 2:

Leslie J it's my time to waste, not yours. Thanks for offering nothing. Who are you to know what the royals will do?

How about Algonquin Percival Maximilian Peregrine Eustace Rutherford and Eugenia Lavinia Henrietta Gueneviere Gwendolynne?

I love the names but seeing that Kate is "common" and I use that term in the most respect that I can come up for that woman (which isn't that much), she'll opt for something simpler.

But I would choose, Algonquin for boy and Lavinia for a girl!

    love the name Lavinia!

none of those, theyd definately have to keep the names from the family

eg prince hharry = henry charles albert david]

and wills is william arthur phillip louie

so theyd have to have similar names from within the family

no doubt if its a girl itll have a middle name of diana, for will's mother

but only middle name, not first name as the issue of diana and all that is still sensitive within royal circles, so it may be controversial to name the child diana, but i defo think william will give a girl diana as a middle name

some names like elizabeth, katherine, alexanra [ maybe for 'tiggy[ alexandra legge bourke, wills and harrys childhood nanny] maybe even have a middle name for a boy, of henry for prince harry the uncle probably also philip, maybe james for all the king james' and kates brother or maybe even phillipa for pippa middleton

Your list of names is ridiculous. It needs to be more traditional ENGLISH names.

If a boy, it should be a combination of... Richard Arthur Edward Albert

If a girl, it should be a combination of... Anne Victoria Mary Elizabeth

For a boy I like Algonquin, and for a girl Lavinia.

Mrs. Adele, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent post were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone registered to this site is now dumber for having read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

    Very traditional, very conservative...

    James for a boy

    Victoria for a girl.

But if it's from the list....

    Maximillian for a boy

    Lavinia for a girl.

If it must be two from those lists, I'll pick

    Percival

    Lavinia.

Why are you wasting your time with this?

The list you have presented just list names that would NEVER be used for such senior Royals.

As the child in question will be a direct descendant of Queen Victoria, and she usually said "little children should be seen, but not heard!"

Why bother with naming the sprog?
