So I want to work in a flower shop?

There's this flower shop nearby from where I live. I don't know if they're hiring, but what do i say? just "hi, i was wondering if you had job applications or what job positions are open?" I dont want to sound weird or needy.

That's exactly what you can say. Ask if they're hiring, and if not, if they're taking applications. (Even if they're not hiring, it doesn't hurt to fill one out - you never know if one of their employees will leave suddenly next week)

No, this what you need to do. Ask if you can volunteer and you want to learn and our trying to get experience to be hired. Time will tell if you are worthy of the job. Jo ann
