If I continue to do these exercises will I lose my goal?

I wanted to lose 20 lbs by March 23. I have been walking on the treadmill for 30 mins, doing 15 mins on the stair-stepper and have been doing 10 crunches and sit-ups. I have already lost 4 of those 20 in about a 3 day period. I have also been more cautious on my calorie intake. Are there any other suggestions or am I on the right track? Thanks

    YES. 20 lb is not that hard.

    Cut out all those white foods, lol

    Sugar (soda included, and other sugar added drinks)

    white bread, white pasta, french fries,

    Eat lots of fibre, and you will feel full longer,
