If I continue to do these exercises will I lose my goal?
I wanted to lose 20 lbs by March 23. I have been walking on the treadmill for 30 mins, doing 15 mins on the stair-stepper and have been doing 10 crunches and sit-ups. I have already lost 4 of those 20 in about a 3 day period. I have also been more cautious on my calorie intake. Are there any other suggestions or am I on the right track? Thanks
