Open a checking account at your local family bank and they can give you a debit card so you can make payments from your account without a check. It may cost something usually very small like $5 a year

Things You'll Need
Social security number
Parent co-signer, if under 18
Open up a checking account at a local bank. In most cases you must be 18 or older to open up your own account and get your own debit card. Different banks have different incentives for opening up checking accounts, so you may want to call several different local banks to check out what they are offering. Popular offers include free checking, interest checking, monetary incentives for opening an account and free checks.
Visit the bank of your choosing and let the teller know that you would like to open up a checking account. You will need a driver's license and your social security number.
Fill out the application that the teller gives you. You will have to make a minimum deposit, which should not be greater than 100 dollars. The teller will provide your account number on a temporary card. Your debit card will be mailed to you, typically in eight to 10 days. When you open a new account there is typically a 10-day hold put on a portion of your deposit while the account is being established. If you need to access your money sooner, only make a small deposit and keep the rest of your cash on hand or in another institution.
Receive your own debit card if you are between the ages of 13 and 17 by opening up a joint account with your parents. Banks such as Chase offer high school checking accounts to help kids learn financial responsibility. The child's parents must co-sign on the account in order to open it. The child will receive their own debit card as well as monthly statements once the account is set up. If you do not bank with Chase, contact your local bank to see if they have a similar program.
Request a card in your name. If you have a joint bank account, but you do not have your own debit card, all you have to do is make a request for a card. You can do this by calling up your bank's customer service department and verifying your identity by answering security questions. You can also request a card by visiting your local branch and giving them your license and account number.

You have a bank account in which there is an income every month. If the income is sufficient then ask for a debit card and the bank will assess your financial position and issue or not accordingly.
