Two Disadvantages of using a hydrogen fuel cell to power a car rather than petrol?

Cost of fuel cell replacement
Lack of places to get a new fuel cell
The fuel cell is "charged" by power from a central power station so you are just moving the source of power.
There is a loss of energy at each conversion. Gas has one loss and the fuel cell has two. You are getting less for the energy expended
I know that you asked for two disadvantages but these four came to mind immediately.

Cost of the car vs a normal car
Toyota is say $130,000 for a fuel cell car.
No place to get the fuel as you drive across county or anywhere else except maybe a few areas in California.
