army sf and marsoc do the same things?

i was reading the descriptions for sf and marsoc and they do pretty much the same things. what is the difference?

    SF and MARSOC are both trigger-pullers, but SF is more of a Force Multiplier, i.e. Unconventional Warfare, Sabotage, Training Indigenous Populations, etc. MARSOC is more of a Direct Action/Special Recon unit.

    SF and MARSOC all fall under SOCOM now...
