Does Medi-cal health insurance in California keep medical records of every visit that i make to the ER?

if you ever had or have Medi-cal health insurance and knows anything about this ..Please answer!

    Yes, they do. In addition, the ER will report your visit to the Medical Information Bureau which compiles this information into records that welfare and the insurance companies can access. This way, if you move to a different state that welfare office can access those records.
