am i going to put on weight?

Breakfast: cornflakes with skim milk (7:30am)

Snack: handful of cherries (11:00am)

Lunch: wholemeal ham sandwhich( 1:30pm)

Snack: 50g dried apricots (5:00pm

Dinner: large bowl of garden salad (7:30pm)

    no thats a very healthy diet, if anything you'll lose quite a bit of weight!

    nobody knows, it is a silly question. Having the same food every day is pretty bad. The food you picked out is too light, you can't survive normally on that food, ESPECIALLY if you plan on putting exercise into the mix.

    Everybody handles fat differently, what might be fattening for some could not be fattening for others so it really depends. But I recommend changing that diet that will not do you much good.

    Hundred percent will lose it, you can check the calories on Its a visual calorie counter that counts the nutrition/calories of everything you eat and you can plan your day!!
