Does Connecticut Have A Lot Of Illegal Immigrants?

When I go to Hartford, New Haven and Bridgeport areas of Connecticut, its starting to look like "little Mexico" and its spreading towards other cities in CT!

Yes, of course pretty much all the states have immigration problems, but why Connecticut seems to be having more trouble then usual with them compare to the rest of the New England states?

In New Haven, there giving out ID cards to identically who they are in big numbers!
